Okmall.ng is available to every person around the world who is 18 years old and above to create a membership account as we do not have any regional restriction applied. Okmall reserves the right to terminate your membership and refuse to provide you with access to Okmall.ng if it is brought to our notice or if it is discovered that you are under the age of 18 years.

Okmall.ng processes payments on orders with PayStack, an external payments platform that allows you to process transactions with a variety of payment methods. All items bought on Okmall.ng are paid for using an electronic method.

Sizes of clothings sold on Okmall.ng are clearly stated on the product page. Therefore, items can not be returned on the ground that it does not size you.

Only items damaged before delivery are eligible for return. Clothing and apparels already worn will not be eligible for return.

Refund can be in cash or in value with an equivalent product depending on the resolution between Okmall and the customer.

Refunds when applicable shall be processed within 72hours from the time of approval after carefully reviewing the returned item.

Creating an account on Okmall.ng does not mean that you may be able to purchase items on the platform. Only people whose shipping addresses are within the regions we cover may be able to buy items on Okmall.ng

Okmall.ng ship items to only people whose shipping addresses are within Nigeria, However, we may not be able to ship products to every part of Nigeria taking account of security issues.

We do doorstep delivery to most of the places in Nigeria and also terminal pickups on certain areas which are clearly defined. Always take note of the shipping methods available to you when making an order.
